About Faith

Faith Ayala serves as Chief Development Officer for Family Promise of Southern New Hampshire, an organization dedicated to helping families experiencing homelessness or facing the possibility of losing their homes.

Faith and her organization believe that everyone deserves a safe place to call home. They work to provide families with the housing, resources, guidance, and support they need to overcome difficult circumstances and regain stability.

Family Promise recognizes that homelessness involves much more than simply needing a roof overhead. Losing stable housing can affect employment, education, transportation, childcare, and nearly every other aspect of family life.

By connecting families with practical assistance and community resources, the organization helps people navigate difficult situations and work toward a more secure future.

How Family Promise Helps

Family Promise of Southern New Hampshire provides several important services to families facing housing challenges.

  • Transitional Housing: Providing temporary, safe housing and supportive services for families experiencing homelessness while they work toward independence.
  • Homelessness Prevention: Helping families who are at risk of losing their homes find resources and assistance before their situation becomes a housing crisis.
  • Supportive Housing: Creating more affordable housing opportunities and providing continued support for families working toward long-term stability.
  • Community Resources: Connecting people with services and assistance that can help address immediate needs and longer-term challenges.
  • Community Partnerships: Working with businesses, volunteers, donors, and other organizations to help families overcome housing difficulties.

The organization’s goal goes beyond providing temporary shelter. Family Promise works to help families regain their independence, rebuild their confidence, and create a more stable future.

Testimonials

I recently learned that someone I knew was going through a very difficult time and had ended up living out of their car. Naturally, I wanted to help, but I wasn’t sure where to direct them.

I reached out to Faith Ayala at Family Promise of Southern New Hampshire, and she got back to me almost immediately. She provided helpful information and resources that I could pass along to the person so they could take steps toward getting assistance.

I really appreciated Faith’s quick response and willingness to help. Sometimes we encounter people who desperately need assistance, but we simply don’t know where to send them. Having someone like Faith in our networking group gives us a valuable connection to resources that can make a real difference.

It felt good knowing that I had at least helped point this person in the right direction. As the saying goes, you can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make it drink. I sincerely hope the information Faith provided helps this person find a better path forward.

I highly recommend reaching out to Faith when you encounter someone who needs housing assistance or when you want to support an organization making a difference in our community.
